Friendship must go the distance,
It must have persistence,
A friend will treat you right,
But won’t find joy in a fight,
A friend won’t walk away,
When you need help,
This friend will stay,
A friend will love you,
For who you are,
Will look at you as if you’re a star,
A friend won’t talk behind you back,
And will be your defense in at attack,
I know that you’re this kind of friend,
Who will go the distance until the end.......
